The “Where Will Life Take You” campaign of the job placement company, Hever Human Capital, was focused on the social media arena, and for it we launched a number of activities and applications on Facebook. In the first phase we launched Hever’s “hot job” application that was adapted into a Facebook page, based on the concept of sharing jobs and recommending friends as suitable employees for various jobs. The application’s concept: “Has anyone ever told you that you have awesome friends? Do you want to help your friends find a job and also get a bonus? Forward us a friend’s CV, and we’ll help them find a job, and you’ll enjoy an indulgent gift!”

We launched the activity, “Your Friends Are Awesome,” a Facebook application and activity that allows a friend to invite another friend to send a CV for a job via Facebook, and to win cash for every CV recruited. The application allows sending CVs with the push of a button directly to the management system built for the Facebook application. The CV is saved to the system’s database that we developed and is displayed to the client via the management system under the appropriate category.
